2. Service Description
Sufra is a platform for creating interactive digital menus for restaurants and cafés. We provide tools for creating and managing your restaurant's digital menu, including QR codes, direct links, and a content management dashboard.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
You can create a new account by signing in with Google (or Apple, when available) on sufra.menu/start, or the Sufra team can provision an account for you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including the third-party provider account used for sign-in. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload (images, text, logos). You grant Sufra a non-exclusive license to display this content within the platform. Sufra templates and components may not be copied or reused without prior permission.
5. Acceptable Use
Using the platform to publish illegal or offensive content is prohibited. Published content must be related to restaurant or café activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for previously paid periods.
7. Availability & Maintenance
We strive to provide a continuous and reliable service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance periods may occur, and you will be notified in advance.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or through the dashboard.
